Formatting of all aspects of the cover

(This includes 5 reformats. $25 extra up to 3 more)

Internal Book Formatting and layout

Includes: Standard Page headers (Title /Author)

                    Block or Free form on the margins

                    Page no.’s on the left, right, middle, top or bottom

                    Choice of font and size of font

Extra Cost:

Black and white or color interior photos needing conversion to 300 dpi. $2/per photo

Chapter titles as part of header. $5 per chapter

Adding a chapter Icon. $10

Interior Biography page with Author picture. $5.

Creating a Bibliography. $50

Creating a Table of Contents. $2/per chapter

Purchase of ISBN: $25

*Payment is due at the beginning of the month upfront before services are provided. Additional costs from the previous month will be added to the following month’s costs in an itemized statement.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE CLIENT:

1)     Before the project can begin, client must decide first which printer the project will be printed through. Robotmom Publishing can assist in coming up with a printer that suits your project and preference. A decision on a copy size must also be decided for the project before the project can begin. Once the project has begun, this decision cannot be altered due to pre-set templates that are used for the project.

2)     Book project must already be typed up as a word document in 12 pt. font.

3)     Books with table of contents must provide a pre-typed list containing each Chapter title the way it will appear in the table of contents. There is an extra charge of $2 per chapter if Robotmom Publishing needs to provide this service of creating a table of contents.

4)     Bibliography requirements: Client must provide typed up bibliography of sources in its final form to go into the book. Extra cost of $50 if Robotmom Publishing needs to provide this service.

5)     Internal black and white pictures: Extra cost of $2/per picture to format pictures to print quality if not in 300 dpi.

6)     Internal color pictures: Extra cost of $2/per picture to format pictures to print quality if not in 300 dpi.

7)     Client must provide a book cover idea through, clear articulation to the artist, drawing or photography that is original.

8)     Client retains all copyrights and the project in its completed form is considered self-published by the client. Robotmom Publishing retains no rights to the project.
